I manage your business's social media so you don't have to

Freelance community manager: three data-driven posts per week. You provide your business and your personal touch; I'll take care of the rest.

Does that sound familiar?

  • You know your business needs to be on social media, but between dealing with customers, orders, and everything else, posting is the first thing to fall by the wayside.
  • You post whenever you can, without a plan. And since you don’t see any results, you post less and less.
  • You record a video, watch it, decide you don’t like it, and delete it. Editing takes up your whole afternoon.
  • You’ve worked with an agency and felt that your account was being handled by an intern using a template.

Networking is a job in itself (and you already have one)

I’ve encountered these four situations so many times that I can see them coming now.

If you’re looking for someone who promises to make you go viral, I’m not the right person for you. If you want your social media to bring you client inquiries, let’s talk.

What's Included

The plan: 450 € + VAT per month. No surprises.

  • 3 posts per week — Reels, carousels, or individual posts, depending on what your business and audience need.
  • Research before publishing: what topics people are searching for (yes, I also do SEO for your social media), what your competitors are doing, and what your own data reveals.
  • Scripts and recording tips: I’ll tell you what to record, how to do it, and what resources to use. You do the recording—your face and your voice are your brand—and if you get stuck, we’ll figure it out together.
  • Professional video editing: I cut out the mistakes, focus on what’s important, correct the color, and add music, sound effects, and subtitles.
  • Cover photos designed to make your profile look consistent and professional when someone stops by to check it out (which is the first thing a client does before messaging you).
  • Help with the comments on your posts.
  • Monthly report on what we published, what worked, what didn’t, and what we’ll do differently next month. No fancy charts.

What it does not include, to avoid any misunderstandings

  • I don’t reply to your private messages. You or your team handle sales inquiries: no one knows your business like you do, and that first message is what wins or loses a customer.
  • Paid advertising is not included in this plan —it’s contracted separately. I’ve done this before with excellent results: for one client, a single campaign led to business relationships that have lasted more than 7 years. If you’re interested, we can discuss the scope and price during our call, based on your specific situation.

How I Work

Firefly A serene environment with someone smiling. She is looking relieved

The price is publicly available

450 € + VAT per month, as stated here. I think hiding the price behind a “request a quote” button is just a waste of both your time and mine.

No minimum contract term

You can leave whenever you want. But I’d ask you to think in terms of 6 months, not 4 weeks: one month isn’t enough time to get to know your audience or gather data on what works.

A maximum of 6 customers at a time

Every client I take on gets my full attention. When I’m fully booked, I’ll let you know, and I’ll put your name on the list for when a spot opens up.

I don't buy followers or likes

Not for you or me. It’s a waste of money, and Instagram penalizes it.

I'll tell you the truth, even if it doesn't work in my favor

There are businesses that need to focus more on fixing their website, improving their branding, or updating their photos than on posting Reels. If that’s the case for you, you’ll know it during our first call.

Who do I work with?

I’m involved in all kinds of businesses, but I have a special affinity for sustainable projects that have a local impact.

A real-life example: the Colombo Americano

For a year, I managed the Instagram and Facebook accounts for the Centro Colombo Americano in Santa Marta, Colombia—a language school that is celebrating its 35th anniversary this year. Its Instagram account had been around for over a decade, but it wasn’t managed professionally: it had about 300 followers, and virtually no inquiries came through that channel.

In 6 months, we went from 300 to about 1,200 followers—without buying a single one: people who were genuinely interested in what Colombo has to offer. Around the third month, when our posts started gaining traction, we received our first enrollments through social media. By the end of the year, on days we posted, we were receiving 5 to 6 messages via WhatsApp and private messages, and roughly 1 in 10 inquiries resulted in an enrollment. At a school where the full program consists of 18 levels, each enrollment represents years of relationship with a student.

I’ll tell it exactly as it happened: they already had the reputation. My job was to bring them into the conversation where their future students were already asking questions.

Results in One Year

  • From ~300 to ~1,200 organic followers in 6 months
  • First registrations from social media by the third month
  • 5–6 inquiries via WhatsApp and private messages on publication days
  • ~1 in 10 consultations resulted in enrollment (18-level program)

About Me

My name is Luis Lemc, and I’m a graphic designer by trade. I’ve been managing social media for twelve years, and I’ve been doing photography and web design for about the same amount of time—it all started more or less at the same time, in college. My first clients came along three years later: I still work with several of them, and some have become good friends.

My clients call me for anything related to their brand: their social media, their website, photos, logo, presentations and corporate emails, web hosting, and brochures for printing. Printing, by the way, isn’t my thing—and it’s not my business—but I’ll handle it to take the burden off their shoulders, or I’ll connect them with the right provider without taking a cut. If a client has an urgent need, they reach out to me. And if they have a problem that I know how to solve, it gets solved.

I studied Marketing Communications at the Australian College of Business Intelligence, and every year I spend a portion of my income on training. I’m genuinely curious about each client’s business—I like to understand what they sell and to whom before writing a single script.

I live in Granada and work with clients in Spain, Latin America, and the United States.

Frequently Asked Questions

It depends on the scope: I’ve seen prices ranging from €250 for posting without a strategy to over €800 per month. I have one pricing plan, and it’s public: €450 + VAT per month, with everything you’ve read above included, and always tailored to your business’s current situation.

No. We work on a month-to-month basis. My honest recommendation is to give it 6 months: that’s how long it takes for an account to generate enough data to truly optimize. You can see how it went with the Colombo Americano in Santa Marta.

Instagram as the main platform, and Facebook. If your business requires it, we’ll also use LinkedIn, TikTok, or your Google profile (the listing that appears on Maps)—we’ll decide during our call based on where your customers are, not on what’s currently trending.

You, using my script and my help whenever you need it. Your face and your voice are what build trust—no one hires a stock photo actor. I’ll make sure the final product looks professional: editing, color grading, music, subtitles, and the cover.

No, and that’s on purpose: you’re the one who responds to the sales message, since you’re the one who can close the deal. I’ll help you with the comments and let you know what I think is important.

The first 2–3 months are all about building: getting to know your audience, testing formats, and collecting data. Business results usually start coming in from the third month onward—with Colombo Americano, the first enrollments from social media came in right around then, around the third month. That’s why I’m asking you to think in terms of 6 months.

Yes. One of my campaigns helped a client secure business relationships that have lasted more than 7 years. It’s not included in the €450 monthly plan—the scope and price depend on each business, so we’ll discuss them during our call.
