2. Using the website

You’re free to browse this website. By using it, you agree not to do anything that harms the website, other people or me: for example, trying to access private areas, sending illegal content through the forms, or using the website to send unsolicited advertising. If someone breaks these rules, I may block their access.

3. Photos, text and design

The photographs, text, designs and logo on this website are mine or used with their authors’ permission. They may not be copied, downloaded for use elsewhere or modified without my written permission.

Some images on this website are created or edited with artificial intelligence: for example, the ones that illustrate what to avoid before a shoot, or the extended background of a photo so it fits the page. The people in the session photos are real clients.

Client photos are only published with their written permission. For photos of babies and children, that permission is given by their parent or guardian. If you appear in a photo and want it removed, write to me at info@luislemc.co and I’ll take it down.

4. Information and prices

Prices for individuals include VAT. Prices for businesses are shown without VAT, as stated next to each price.

The published price is the one that applies, unless there’s an obvious mistake. Each service states what it includes; anything not included, such as extra photos or other services, has its own price and I’ll tell you before you book it. If anything changes, I’ll confirm it with you before you book.

I’m not responsible for damage caused by an interruption of the website, a technical error or a virus I couldn’t prevent.

5. Links to other websites

Some pages link to third-party websites (for example, social networks or booking tools). I don’t control their content and I’m not responsible for it. If you find a link that leads to something illegal or inappropriate, let me know and I’ll remove it.

6. Promotions and gift vouchers

Each promotion or gift voucher has its own terms, shown alongside it: in the promotional material or on the page that opens when you scan the voucher’s QR code.

7. Your data and cookies

What I do with your personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy, and the cookies this website uses in the Cookie Policy.

8. Complaints

If something hasn’t gone well, write to me at info@luislemc.co and we’ll try to sort it out. Official complaint forms of the Junta de Andalucía are available to you. I’m not a member of any alternative consumer dispute resolution body.

9. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. If you’re a consumer, any claim will be settled by the courts of your place of residence. In all other cases, by the courts of Baza (Granada).

This is a translation of the Spanish legal notice. If there’s any difference between the two, the Spanish version prevails.
